Заботясь об удобстве вашей работы, мы разработали новую систему контроля диспетчеров и техников. Суть ее заключается в следующем.

При появлении какой-либо проблемы на терминале проигрывается звук в диспетчерской. Этот сигнал позволит привлечь внимание даже если диспетчер находится не за компьютером или "диспетчерская страница PayPRO" не перед его глазами. Когда проблема принята к исполнению, то диспетчер отмечает проблему как "уведенную и принятую к исполнению" - устанавливает галочку рядом с терминалом. Эта галочка будет видна всем, кто имеет доступ к вашей "диспетчерской странице PayPRO". Увидев эту галочку владелец сети терминалов или управляющий будет знать, что проблема уже решается.

Если же галочка не установлена - значит диспетчер еще не увидел проблему. В случае, если проблема возникла достаточно давно - то это повод задуматься о повышении качества работы диспетчеров или техников. Особенно если запоздалая реакция на неполадки случается систематически.

В ситуации, если на терминале возникла одна проблема и диспетчер ее отметил как "увиденную", однако на этом же терминале возникла новая проблема - то галочка автоматически снимается, давая возможность отметить новую проблему. Таким образом ни одна неисправность не останется без внимания. На каждую новую проблему будет воспроизведен звуковой сигнал в виде звонка телефона до тех пор, пока ее не отметят.

Если все проблемы на терминале решены - галочка возле исправного терминала автоматически исчезает.

Если проблема существует, но вам кажется что о ней забыли - вы можете напомнить ответственным лицам о ее существовании. Для этого достаточно убрать галочку. В этом случае снова будет воспроизведен звук до тех пор, пока галочку не установят еще раз. Таким способом можно повторно привлечь внимание к забытой проблеме.


Но даже если вы следите за своими терминалами самостоятельно, разработанная функция не позволит вам пропустить новую неисправность и оперативно среагировать на нее. В этом поможет звуковой сигнал. Чтобы сигнал прекратился - следует просто установить галочку.


Помните, что от скорости устранения неполадок зависит лояльность и доверие клиентов к вашим терминалам. А значит и ваша прибыль!

При обновлении страницы подается звуковой сигнал. Хотя в диспетчерской видимых проблем нет.

Сделали еще один небольшой, но полезный шаг в сторону быстрого обнаружения проблемы.

Теперь если появилась проблема - заголовок окна браузера с проблемой начинает мигать, привлекая тем самым дополнительное внимание.

Также сделали, чтобы во время мигания выводились номера проблемных терминалов, на которых случились новые неотмеченные проблемы. Таким образом будет сразу понятно, с каким именно терминалом проблема.

Хочется отметить, что звук при определенных настройках может не проигрываться:
1. Звук запрещен в браузере
2. Убавлен регулятор громкости "Синтезатор"

Соответственно, если вы хотите отключить звуковую функцию диспетчерской - вы можете либо запретить звук в браузере, либо просто убавить громкость "Синтезатора" в настройках громкости.

Спасибо!!! Очень удобно. Вопрос. А можно по времени как-то контролировать, с начало обнаружения проблемы до ее устранения? Или добавить такую функцию.
